We're an easy day trip from New York City, and just an hour and 20 minutes from Syracuse.  Wellesley Island is five minutes from the Canadian border.  That means Montreal is barely two and a half hours away on the 401 East, and Toronto's a quick and easy three and a half hour westerly drive.

From as far as half way around the world they've come:  just to enjoy a picture-perfect wedding here in the 1000 Islands.  Whether your wedding is just for the two of you or shared with 200 guests, it will be precious.

Our Grace Wedding Chapel seats up to 56 or you may choose to raise a dramatic tent on our spacious lawn facing the St. Lawrence River.  Some couples are drawn to Boldt Castle for their ceremony.  It's an island so rich in romance. 

For receptions at Hart House Inn we are happy to advise you on every detail. Chef Mook will work with you to create a menu especially for your wedding day
