Terms
Two-night minimum during May, June, September
and October weekends. Three-night minimum
on National Holidays and July and August weekends. Rates are subject to change without
notice. New York State sales tax (7.75%), bed tax (3%), and gratuity
not included.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks or cash graciously accepted.
Deposit
Policy:
Reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to one night's
stay. For stays of 2 days or more, we require a deposit of 50% of
the total lodging. Special events require a 1/3 deposit.
Cancellations:
With at least a 14-day notice, we will gladly refund you deposit, less a $15 per room processing fee. You are responsible for the days reserved. Major holidays, honeymoons, and special events require a 45-day notification for refund. We cannot be responsible for late arrivals or early departures.
